INITIAL BRIEF

Before we start any of the design process, we want to make sure that we have an in-depth understanding of your lifestyle and requirements in order to create your vision.

QUOTATION

After your initial brief we will provide you with a detailed quotation of our services.

CONCEPT DESIGN

After accepting our quotation, we create a concept design solution that meets both your needs and local authority requirements.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once approved by you, the concept design is then developed into apreliminary layout. This important stage includes presenting elevations and utilising our 3d render programs which allow you to really visualise and understand your design concept.

BUILDER TENDER

Your choice of builder is almost as critical as your choice of designer. This is why we tender your project to one of our trusted builders. We make sure that the builder is selected based on your individual project and budget. This stage of planning ensures that the design we have provided meets the construction budget initially given.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

We are now at the stage where we can develop the design concepts into planning drawings which we then submit and liaise with relevant local authorities for development approval.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Once we receive the development approval, we then collaborate closely with Structural Engineers, Energy Assessors and Private Certifiers in order to complete the construction documentation, which allows the project to obtain a Building Permit from your local authority.

INTERIOR SELECTIONS

When selecting the interiors for your space, we would recommend one of our trusted interior designers to assist you in creating your vision. We collaborate with our interior designers to provide you with cabinetry details and layouts based on your personality and style. Once your interior selections have been made the drawings will be updated to reflect your choices.

BACK TO BUILDER

We will now have a complete package for your chosen builder. From here, we then submit all documentation to your local authority for a Building Permit. Once approved, it’s time to build!
