Project 138
Project 138 is a unique property, which is one of Draftworx™ first home renovations.
Paying homage to the Mount Hawthorn area, this 1930’s home was designed to retain its character whilst allowing a seamless transition into a modern addition. Flooded with natural light, the use of internal glass panels provide an uninterrupted view of the garden from the entry.
The home is brought together using recycled materials and industrial concrete flooring which connects the original two bedroom, one bathroom dysfunctional home into a generous three bedroom, two bathroom open plan living area.
